Welcome to Robin Hill. Growing up in the small town of Cromwell, Oklahoma, on a peaceful farm where my parents still reside, I've always cherished the sense of community. My husband, Adam Baughman, a retired Air Force member, along with our four children, ages 13 to 20, support me through this wonderful journey. With 25 years in education, it is an honor to serve as a Robin Hill Warrior. My career began in the high school math classroom and gymnasium at Claremore High School. After seven years as a Zebra, the path led to Ponca City, where I spent four years as a Wildcat. Transitioning to an administrative role in the 12th year, I returned to Butner Public School, my alma mater. Now in my eighth year as an administrator at Robin Hill, we are dedicated to fostering a positive school culture and respect. Robin Hill is a special place, and I hope you grow to love our little country school as much as I do!
